Where are you located? 

We are San Antonio, Tx based.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders typically ship out between 1-2 business days but this may be increased during new releases, and holidays.

Are your products authentic? 

Yes, all of our products are licensed by The Pokemon Company and are unopened/sealed unless stated otherwise. 

 

I want to cancel my order.
You may cancel an order within 48 hours after placing it. However pre-orders can't be cancelled after the item’s release date. There is a 3% processing fee penalty for a cancelled order.

 

Do you ship international?

No, at this time we only ship within the U.S.

 

What should I do if my package gets lost?

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages as these issues are caused by USPS/UPS. Once the item is handed off to the shipping company it is out of our hands.

Request a package search with the USPS/UPS.

I don't like this product, am I able to get a refund? 

Due to the nature of TCG's we will not issue refunds because you don't like a product or changed your mind.
